Carnegie Mellon Confluence 2009
February 24, 2009 posted by Andrew Mercando

Thank You

The Confluence career fair is done! This will be my last ever as a college student, yay. I was lucky this year to talk to some great people which made the interview day much less grueling, I hope they felt the same about me. I want to thank everyone who sat down with me, keep an eye out for a proper letter of appreciation via snail mail!

Carnegie Mellon Design Lecture Series: Shane Meeker

Shane Meeker Poster

Another one of these design posters for Mr. Shane Meeker, Associate Design Fellow at Procter & Gamble Design. Should be a good lecture.

UPDATE: I was incredibly disappointed to miss this lecture! It really is a busy time of year. A dear friend and fellow designer Ash Huang wrote about the lecture on her blog, worth a read.

Zach Johnsen Poster

Zach Johnsen of Tank Theory & Zenvironments came to speak to CMU School of Design. He is an incredibly good illustrator and designer. I made this poster for the event. One note on this experience… always spell check and confirm names.

Video of the lecture is available after the jump…

New website, new blog…
posted by Andrew Mercando

Woah, this was a long and taxing process to get this guy up. Enjoy the work and check back as I am going to keep up dating this thing.

I am also going to attempt this whole blogging thing. First twitter, now this? My internet footprint is getting larger by the minute.
